I do a lot of kids cakes these days and doing one for a very special family is my joy. The Bubble Guppies is a copyrighted image and this is the only one available, it is a removable sugar sheet. While it is edible, I don’t recommend eating them. I can, however, create modeling in 2D or 3D images in gumpaste or white chocolate……always fun to get those creative juices flowing. Fruit Basket Cake is a simple Vanilla Buttermilk based cake with berries in season (this year is strawberry, blackberry, blueberry and raspberry mascerated in a simple syrup.
